Hydraulic brake cylinder repair.    We can restore most any  corroded or scored brake cylinder by re-sleeving, either wheel or master cylinder, by boring it out and shrink-fitting a new sleeve in place.  This will solve a lot of heartburn when your obsolete or expensive hydraulic cylinder looks hopeless.   Contact us for pricing.   We'll need to know the existing bore size of both the wheel and master cylinder regardless of which one we're repairing,  in order to calculate worst-case pressures to determine safety factors.  A completed  FAA form 337 is returned with each job.

Shaft and wheel bushing repair

General Shaft and mounting repairs.   We can reline shaft bushings for many applications ....pedal mounts, tailwheel, nosewheel bushings, axle bearing seats, control bearing bushings, etc
